The US Forest Service (USFS) office announced that the Draft Environmental Assessment and Draft Sale Implementation Strategy have both gone to the Regional office for review. This is the next step in the process of clearing the USFS land for sale to the SLE for the purposes of building a university campus and research park here in Payson.
