Representatives from the U. S. Forest Service recently confirmed that the Environmental Assessment process to purchase the land for the University Campus in Payson is on schedule.

A Marketing Strategy document for the sale of the US Forest Service Administrative Site states that the Tonto National Forest (TNF) will recommend to the Washington office that the land should be sold to the Rim Country Education Alliance (RCEA) for appraised value.
